  1. 50% of the total costs, as a deposit, is required within 07 days after the initial reservation is made to secure it. If payment of deposit is not received by then, your reservation will be cancelled WITHOUT notice.
  2. Please NOTE that the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE to other dates once the itinerary is confirmed.
  3. The remaining balance has to be paid 75 days prior to the climbing date. If the balance of payment is not received by then, your reservation will be cancelled WITHOUT notice and your deposit will be FORFEITED.
  4. In the event of a cancellation, kindly refer to our Cancellation Policy below.

  2. CANCELLATION CHARGES will apply as follow:
  3. 30 Days Prior to Departure – 50% of total cost is forfeited
  4. 14 Days Prior to Departure – 100% of total cost is forfeited
  5. Non-Refundable of suppliers who charge 100% of total cost
  6. Non-Refundable of any part of the services included in the package that is not utilised by the guest after commencement of tour

RESERVATION:

  1. If a tour is cancelled prior to date of departure, due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund all monies paid by the clients.
